Grass Growing Thru Landscape Fabric...HELP!

I didn't use grass or weed killer, but you could if you don't get the spray on other living, green plants. Don't spray on a windy day. But I pulled the bermuda grass up, working in sections, and mulched heavily with shredded leaves and shredded bark, and pine straw. I really have not had a problem with the grass coming back, once it got pulled out.
